Software Requests
Faculty members who need software installed in labs, classrooms, or other locations should submit a service-request to the Technology Services Center (TSC). This includes requests for new software installations, upgrades, or version changes to existing software.
Operating Systems
- PC Labs and Classrooms: Windows 10
- Mac Labs and Classrooms: macOS Ventura
Please note that software incompatible with these operating systems may not function correctly. Faculty members are encouraged to either upgrade their software or find alternatives that are compatible.

Deadlines for Software Requests
- Fall Semester: June 1
- Spring Semester: December 20
- Summer Sessions: May 15
Requests submitted after these deadlines may not be accommodated. The Technology Services Center will not disable security and protection features for late requests. Ensure to include URLs for any plug-ins or related software needed to access content (such as video and audio) on specific websites.
Additional Information
- Software installed for the fall semester will also be available for the spring semester.
- All software must be properly licensed and purchased before installation.
- Faculty members should test the software well before classroom use to ensure it performs correctly and to allow time for any necessary adjustments.
