The Office of Information Technology creates a positive and personal experience for the Washington College community by delivering technical solutions that support the College’s goals and mission. We implement technology projects that add value, provide ongoing operations and support, and innovate through continuous research and development.
Our goal is to provide cost-effective technologies and services that meet the needs of the College today and into the future. At our core, we aim to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate technology collaboration across the college and value diversity, cultures, education and work styles while operating as a cohesive team.
Technology Issues & Questions
All technology issues and questions should be submitted to the Technology Services Center via phone or email. Please call (410) 778-7777 or email ITsupport@washcoll.edu. We are located in Smith Hall, on the garden level. During Academic semesters we are open Mon-Fri 8-4:30.
Technology Services Center staff are skilled in troubleshooting various software and hardware technologies for Mac and PC users. We also provide access and support for printing, audio-visual systems, classroom, and lab technology.
MyWashColl Portal
MyWashColl, Washington College's modern and customizable intranet, features an enhanced user experience and functionality. Current students, faculty and staff can utilize MyWashColl to access services, applications and collaboration tools in an integrated platform. MyWashColl also offers search functionality and provides a single destination to resources such as documents, training guides and forms.
