Check-in
Prior to arrival in Chestertown, you will need to make sure that you have submitted all necessary forms in order to check-in on campus. The information below will help you complete this process.
To be cleared for room check-in, you must complete the following forms:
Submit these documents through the student health portal:
- Student Health and Counseling Form
- Copy of Chest X-ray report
- Immunization Record
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (If you are unable to get COVID-19 vaccinations in your home country, you will be able to get them here.)

After your papers are processed and room access is approved, we will have your room key and orientation materials ready for you upon your arrival.
