Central Services for Students

Central Services provides all mailing services; including incoming/outgoing packages. The General/Student Services window is located on the first floor of the Casey Academic Center: Room W101, West Hallway at the end.

Student/General Service Window Hours:
Monday through Friday: 9am – 4pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed

Please Note: Any unclaimed packages that have been sitting for more then 30 days or at the end of the school year will either be returned to sender or donated to the George Washington free store.

What we offer for Students:

  • All mail to on-campus and off-campus students should be addressed as follows:

  • Students will receive an email from trackingFREEwashcoll%20when their mail and package is ready for pickup
  • FedEx (Overnight)
  • UPS
  • USPS (Current Cost of Mailing Stamp - $.73 Cents- Subject to Change)
  • FedEx Ground

All outgoing packages without a pre-paid label must be accompanied by the following
WC Outgoing Package Form.
