Snow won’t stop the Shoremen and Shorewomen

A little Ice and Snow isn’t going to stop our student-athletes!

As the semester began, we were hit with snow, then sleet, which formed a thick, icy crust that blanketed the Eastern Shore. As we transitioned to remote learning and cleared our driveways and walkways, our Buildings & Grounds staff were hard at work. As we returned to campus with our coats and salt-crusted snow boots, shouts of practice could be heard from the field. Snow has never stopped our athletes from doing what they love. For those of us who just wanted to stay inside and warm, we are in awe of the dedication among our students.
