March 2, 1973: British author Anthony Burgess (A Clockwork Orange) visited Washington College, teaching English classes and giving a talk at 4:00 pm in Hynson Lounge. ...And 40 years ago this week, in March 1983, Procolino’s was already serving “The Best Pizza in Town”, charging just $5 for a 16” pie.
