If you are a Washington College student, be sure you are using just your user ID (NOT the @washcoll.edu part.)
When you reset your password, it can sometimes take 5-10 minutes for it to sync with
Canvas. Try the new password again - if it doesn’t work, reset your password one more
time, wait around 10 minutes and log into Canvas.
