Michaela joined CES in April 2024 as the Communications & Events Manager. In this role, she will manage all digital content and printed materials. As well as planning thoughtful events related to the objectives of the Center and our students.
Michaela was born and raised in Maryland. She earned her Bachelor of Science in event planning with a minor in marketing from Bowling Green State University in 2016. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Chicago, planning large conferences and tradeshows for various associations across the country. In 2019, she married her high school sweetheart, and moved back to Maryland. After falling in love with the small-town charm, they made the decision to purchase a home on the Eastern Shore.
Michaela is an avid reader and live music fanatic. She loves to spend her weekends exploring new areas with her husband and rescue pup, Oliver.
