Lindsay Sheldon
Lindsay Sheldon brings her expertise as an archivist to ensure the care, preservation,
and accessibility of Washington College's archival and special collections to the
position of Director of Archives and Technical Services. Lindsay's background in photography
and art has shown how strong the visual is in creating connections. Her work at the
Georgia Historical Society gave her the tools to bring materials to researchers both
in person and online through the use of EAD finding aids, archival processing, and
creation and maintenance of the online digital assets. Lindsay obtained her MLIS from
the University of Pittsburgh. She received a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design
and a post graduate degree in Fine Art from Goldmiths College, University of London.
