Enjoy a day-long crash course in food, lifestyle, foraging, and sound healing to support optimal health at Semans-Griswold Hall, overlooking the Chester River.
Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Shane Brill and Yoga Instructor Maria Tobin will guide discussion and demonstration with tactics to energize your life. You'll leave with a personalized plan for yourself, outfitted with lifechanging tips and techniques to share with friends and family. Breakfast and lunch are included.
