About
"Many thanks; a valuable day with neat people. Well done."
"The life in balance exercise was very helpful to be able to write down and take home the things I really wanted to remember."
"I was impressed with how well organized the entire event was. There was such an easy flow from one topic to another with plenty of time for participants to share. Limiting the number of attendees was also a good idea as it made for a more intimate experience."
"Thanks for providing this opportunity. Please keep the retreats going."
"I'm astonished by how much I don't know about food and my body and how much ancient vs modern practices make a difference! This is a whole new world!"
"My favorite part was Shane's knowledge of the subject — no question was left unanswered!"
"Was a great size class — easy for all to add to the discussion."
"The metabolism, and mobility sessions were my favorites, and of course, meeting everyone was a treat as well."
"I found the conversations about nutrition and metabolism most interesting."
"I liked setting aside the day to learn new health practices and getting to know new people in the community."
"I liked the casual approach to learning with plenty of time for questions and comments from the participants."
