East is a coed building with shared gender inclusive bathrooms on each floor.
As one of three dorms on the Cater Walk, you are at the heart of campus and right
next to the dining hall!
Due to East's size and the strong community that develops, residents report high satisfaction with their community experience and tend to live there for several years.
Hall Information
East Hall is a small traditional, corridor style hall with community bathrooms.
East Hall is not accessible. There is no elevator.
All bathrooms in East are gender inclusive. There are bathrooms on all residential
floors with half bath in basement.
East has tile floors in hallways, bedrooms, and lounges.
Heating is radiator style. Air conditioning is via window ac units.
Internet access is wireless.
Laundry room in basement. The cost is included in room rate and no id or coins is needed to operate laundry machines.
There are two lounges in East Hall, both located in the basement. One is a recreational
room and the other is a kitchen with tables for dining.
Due to the age of the Hill Dorms, no two rooms are the same. Floor plans are not to scale.
