    Friday, April 29

    • 8am and 2pm — Golf — Register to attend 

    • 11:30am — Arbor Day Celebration
      Planting of a tulip poplar tree, gifted from Mount Vernon Estate
      Martha Washington Square

    • 12pm — Rededication of Virginia Gent Decker Arboretum
      Clifton M. Miller Library Terrace

    • 1pm — Arbor Day Hands-on, fun filled activities
      Guided arboretum tours
      Opening of trails in the Arboretum using paper and electronic maps
      Clifton M. Miller Library Terrace

    • 4:30pm — Lecture by Dean Norton, Director of Horticulture at Mount Vernon Estates and Gardens
      Conferral of Honorary Degree on Mr. Norton
      Hynson Lounge, Hodson Hall Reception to follow
    • 6-9pm — cocktails and live music with DAWGONE; free beer, cash drinks — Register to attend

    Saturday, April 30

    • 11am-4pm — ZTA WACky Carnival
      Back practice fields behind Roy Kirby, Jr. Stadium.
    • 11am — Unveiling of Randy Bell '83 memorial plaque
      Outside Cullen Hall (old Wicomico)
    • 12pm — Baseball
      Athey Field

    • 1pm — Men's Lax, Softball, Men's & Women's Tennis
      Tailgating open to all

    • 1-3pm — May Day Celebration Picnic
      Sample local, wild, and seasonal fare prepared by permaculture interns. Meet our campus bees and chickens.
