Location:

Chester River Yacht & Country Club in Chestertown, MD

Check in:

Morning Flight- 7:15 am

Afternoon Flight- 1:15 pm

Start:

Morning Flight- Shotgun start at 8:00 am

Afternoon Flight- Shotgun start at 2:00 pm

Food & Beverage:

Lunch provided for both flights from 12:00 - 2:00 pm. Plus, a beverage cart on course with complimentary beer.

Prizes:

Prizes given out for placing, games, and a 50/50 raffle. 

Weather Policy:

Unfortunately, there will be no makeup date. If we cancel due to weather, money can be refunded or donated to the Athey Athletics Fund.

Deadline:

The registration deadline is April 12, 2024 for name to appear in the program.

Foursome:

$600 ($260 tax deductible)

Pair:

$300 ($170 tax deductible)

We strongly suggest that participants sign up as either a complete foursome or pair. If you are a single golfer and interested in participating, please contact mfranklin2@washcoll.edu or advancement_events@washcoll.edu.
