Boren Scholarship
Boren Scholarships provide funding for US students applying to a graduate degree program in any field to study less commonly taught languages critical to US interests. The length of the program is one semester to a full academic year. Boren recipients are committed to work in the federal government for at least one year.

Eligibility Guidelines
- U.S. citizen, enrolled in college at time of application
- Applying to a graduate degree program located within the United States
- Have academic and career goals that resonate with Boren’s emphasis on U.S. national security and/or international affairs.
