The College own two three bedroom guest cottages two guest housing options available:  Brown Cottage (200 Campus Avenue) and 210 Campus Avenue, known as the Adams House.

 Washington College Guest Housing accommodates housing needs for Washington College departmental guests and distinguished guests who are visiting the College for business.

The Adams House is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, dining room, den, full bathroom and master bedroom with a queen sized bed. Two small bedrooms upstairs each have a twin bed and a half bath.

Brown Cottage has three private bedrooms which can be individually reserved. There is a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, den and half bath on the ground floor.  Room 1 is located on the ground floor.  Rooms 2 and 3 are located on the second floor.  

Room 1 has a king sized bed with an attached bathroom. Room 2 has two twin beds an attached bathroom. Room 3 is a walkthrough bedroom with 2 twin beds leading to a smaller bedroom with 1 twin bed. Room 3 does not have an ensuite bathroom, but guests are assigned to use the upstairs hallway's full bathroom.

All guest housing reservations must be booked by an employee or student of Washington College. For guest room booking, please fill out the Guest Housing Request Form.

All guests’ stays must be paid through the host’s budget/department account. For questions regarding this policy, please contact the Guest Housing Manager.

All cottages include a kitchen with a refrigerator and items for a modest breakfast (breakfast bars, oatmeal, etc.), coffee and tea. Wireless and ethernet internet access and cable TV are also included. Children's sleeping options are also available upon request.

Brown Cottage can accommodate up to seven guests in three indivudually reserved private rooms, each with it's own assigned bathroom. The Adams House can accommodate up to four guests who wil share a full bathroom.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. The check-out time is 9:30 a.m. for weekdays and 11:30 a.m. for weekends. If early check- in or late check-out arrangements need to be made, please clear them with the Guest Housing Manager.

During normal business hours, all guest key packets can be picked up for the 1st floor of Bunting Hall. If a guest is arriving after normal business hours, it is the host’s responsibility to make other arrangements or take the guest’s key packet to the Public Safety office for pickup. Each key packet includes housing location, check in and check out time information, a key to the appropriate housing location and a temporary parking pass.
