Washington College provides students with access to three cost-effective, ADA compliant,
and sustainable self-service print SmartStations by Ink, Inc. The self-services print
stations or kiosks offer feature-rich print options that allow students to print,
scan, copy, fax, e-sign documents, and send digital documents through US mail from
anywhere using any device. Students can also print documents from their favorite Cloud
service. Visit ink.me/washcoll and log in with your Washington College email address and password.
At the beginning of the spring 2020 semester, the College gave students a $10 print
credit. After students used up their print credits, they pay the following price per
page:
$0.08 for B&W
$0.10 for B&W duplex
$0.20 for color
$0.39 for color duplex and to print photos
Students can pay for prints with a major credit card or add money to their print account
via ink.me/washcoll.
Students have 24/7 access to the print station located in Sophie’s Cafe. Only the print station in Sophie’s Cafe can print your favorite photos. The second
station lives in Hodson Hall near the mailboxes, with a third located in Miller Library. The Ink Print SmartStations engages students while creating the best print experience.
