The Office of Buildings and Grounds oversees the upkeep, maintenance and service of all the college's facilities, vehicles, and landscaping.
Submit a Maintence Request for B&G or Househkeeping. On-campus only.
For security reasons, the B&G work order request system can only be accessed on a device logged into the ON CAMPUS network or while logged on through a validated VPN account.
Requests for services from Buildings and Grounds/Facilities (as well as Housekeeping) should always be done via the above work order system. Please do not email the B&G/Facilities staff directly.
Responses to work requests is prioritized based on urgency, staff resources and importance. Please be patient with us as we get to your request. If you believe your request is urgent (due to safety reasons), please send an email message explaing the need for urgency to:

Information
The Department of Building and Grounds comprises 20 employees who take great pride in supporting the Colleges unique and historical culture by providing various services supporting the College community. Services include grounds and landscaping, housekeeping, carpentry, locksmith shop, auxiliary services and the mechanical shop. The department maintains and manages all campus repairs and renovations. They are also the main contact for any on campus construction projects.
The Buildings and Grounds Department manages contact with the college's exterminator services as well as for any issues with laundry machines on campus. A maintenance request should be put in for any requests pertaining to exterminator requests and laundry requests.
Maintenance requests should be put in for requests for the Housekeeping Department as well.
