Jennifer L. Kaczmarczyk came to Washington College in 1988 as the first Kent County High School intern to work for the Dining Services. Over the next 14 years, she worked her way up through many positions, planning meals and coordinating vendors and staff as associate catering manager she specialized in presidential functions for President Toll.

Jennifer left the College in 2002 to work as a co-manager at Super Fresh/Fresh & Green’s, and to devote more time to her “side business” as a personal assistant, allowing elderly clients to age in place. She returned to the College in 2014, first as a housekeeper then as a Faculty Administrative Assistant and more recently moved to the Department of Advancement to be the Executive Assistant to Susie Chase, Vice President of Advancement, Alumni Affairs and Constituent Engagement.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband Roland and their growing family. Their oldest son Brandon graduated from the Wor-Wic Community College Eastern Shore Criminal Justice Academy and is currently a Deputy for the Queen Anne’s County Sheriff’s Department. Younger son Joseph is a senior studying Civil Engineering and Business at Florida Institute of Technology. Jennifer and Roland have two grandsons Brandon, Jr and Jameson.
