Washington's historic campus bustled with activity this past weekend as nearly 1,000 alumni, families, faculty, staff, students, and friends gathered for the annual Homecoming Weekend, formerly known as Fall Family Weekend. The event offered a vibrant mix of activities that celebrated the College's rich history and fostered connections between generations of Shorewomen and Shoremen.

From scenic boat rides on the Chester River and crab feasts to lively social gatherings, the weekend provided a chance for attendees to reconnect with their alma mater and create lasting memories. Popular events like the Athletics Hall of Fame dinner and River Packet boat ride for recent graduates were completely sold out.

This year's Homecoming also marked a significant milestone for the Women's Rowing program. A special dinner celebrating 50 years of the sport drew over 120 guests, showcasing the program's impressive legacy. That legacy includes 15 All-Americans since 1999, 11 MARC Championships in the past 15 seasons, and numerous national accolades. The dinner served as a testament to the ongoing dedication and achievements of these athletes, past and present.
