You are able to download application and faculty recommendation forms from this page, as well as find all relevant deadlines.
Please note: You do NOT need to submit a transcript in your application for membership. The committee will obtain an official WC transcript from the registrar to be considered along with your application.
Grant Applications - Only Junior Fellows are Eligible for this:
- CSJF accepts applications for grants only from current Junior Fellows in the Cater Society.
- The deadline for spring/summer grants is March 22 at 11:59pm, with no exceptions.
- The deadline for fall/winter grants is the second Friday of October at 11:59pm, with no exceptions.

Member Applications (Spring): Cater Junior Fellows
- CSJF accepts applications for Junior Fellows in the spring semester only.
- The deadline for spring Junior Fellow applications February 9 at 11:59pm, with no exceptions.

Apprentice Applications (Fall): Cater Apprentices
- CSJF accepts applications for Apprenticeship in the fall only.
- The deadline for Apprentice applications is the last Friday in September at 11:59pm, with no exceptions.
- Faculty Recommendations for Apprentice applications are due on the last Friday of September at 11:59pm, with no exceptions.
