Homecoming Weekend | September 27th-29th, 2024

You are invited to celebrate 50 years of women's rowing at Washington College. In honor of this milestone, we are launching an effort to raise $50,000 for a new rowing shell, which will be named to honor the tradition of the Washington College Women's Rowing Team.

We are offering various recognition opportunities starting at $500 for this project. Name a seat, locker, or a commemorative oar. Join your fellow athletes to support today’s team.

The women's rowing program at Washington College has flourished with 15 All-Americans since 1999 and significant achievements under current Head Coach Kari Hughes, a three-time Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference Coach of the Year (2017, 2019, 2021). Over the last 15 seasons, the team has won 11 MARC Championships and seen numerous athletes earn All-Conference and National Scholar-Athlete honors. Nationally, they have qualified for the Division III Championships 9 times since the 2013 season, showcasing the continuing legacy of the Washington College Women's Rowing Team.
