I work as the Department of Defense Safe Helpline Program Coordinator. The SHL is the US' sole hotline for military members who have been impacted by sexual assault. As the DoD SHL PC, I dedicate my time to ensuring smooth and functional operations of the hotline, as well as onboarding and training new staff.
