    I am based in Singapore and I am a private banker at Bank of Singapore. After graduating from WAC, I obtained my M.A degree from Columbia University in NYC and moved to Singapore for my first full time job at Goldman Sachs. I have been in Asia for the past 5 years. I started out my career in investment banking; now I'm in private banking and I am loving it.

    Favorite Professors

    My advisor Professor Andrew Oros has been supportive since Day One. Professor Alisha Knight taught me to appreciate the English language; Professor Terry Scout taught me to speak up and be brave; Professor Noriko Narita inspired me in every possible way. Professor Michael Harvey taught me to think outside the box.

    Fondest WC Memory

    I immersed myself as an international student from China: meeting my host mom Cindi through Professor Narita's host family program (one of the best things that happened in my life). I had the chance to meet and greet Hank Paulson on campus who inspired me to apply for job at Goldman Sachs where I received a full-time offer. I formed lifetime friendships through Zeta Tau Alpha and studying abroad three times (RHUL, ABS in Paris, and Lingnan University in HK). I also worked on campus and had the opportunity to interact with different people. I had a very wholesome 4 years at Washington College.

    Let’s Hear It for the Liberal Arts

    I really appreciate the liberal arts component in my undergrad education, which has helped me to build and develop critical thinking. Washington College has taught me to be rounded, I definitely felt very prepared as a global citizen.
