Teddy is a current junior majoring in English with minors in Creative Writing and
Art & Art History. This past summer, they interned at the Rose O'Neill Literary House
here at Washington College.
At the Rose O’Neill Literary House, Teddy was in charge of the social media accounts for Cherry Tree, the Lit House's literary magazine. In addition, they helped organize and run the Cherry Tree Young Writer's Conference.
Teddy reflects that they were able to learn so much from the Literary House staff. They say that “it was truly both an employment opportunity and a learning experience at the same time.” Despite being a remote internship, Teddy was still able to connect with the Literary House, promote the creative arts, and engage with the literary community.
