Grade update/incomplete/course withdrawal forms can now be found in the "Faculty Portal - Slate" option.

Upcoming Deadlines & Dates

Anyone with a "Washcoll" email address can view the Registrar's Office calendar to check for upcoming deadlines and dates for the academic year. If you're unfamiliar with how to add it, please follow the instructions below for your version of Outlook.

Self Service
 

Self Service houses all of the information about students, faculty, staff, billing, etc. These screens cannot be customized to the institution.

In Self-Service, faculty can viewall advisee information, including degree audits, grades, course schedules, and the catalog. This is where faculty provide faculty consent (or Add Authorization) for registration and approve advisee courses for future terms. Enter final grades on Self-Service.
 
Waitlists, class rosters, grading, degree audits, and student course plans have moved from SharePoint to Self-Service.

  • Where can I view the course schedule?

    A  PDF of the course schedule is on the Registrar’s website, on the Course Schedule page

    Current students and faculty can view more information on specific courses on Self-Service. 

  • How do I use the Advising Module in Self Service?

    The Self Service Advising module is where you can find detailed information about each of your advisees. It is also where you will clear your advisees to register for upcoming semesters. 

     

  • Where can I find a list of majors and minors in my department?

    At this time, department chairs are able to search the "Departmental Oversight" tile by individual faculty to see students in a specific program. The Registrar's Office is working on finding a more efficient, permanent solution.

  • The Academic Standing abbreviations in Self-Service appear as such:
    • DL - Dean’s List
    • AP - Academic Probation
    • CP - Continued Probation
    • WA - Warning
    • RE - Removed from probation
    • RW - Removed from warning

    Only those students on AP or CP require midterm grades.

  • Can I have a training session?

    Yes! Email registrar@washcoll.edu.
