    Pay Tuition Online

     

    Online payments can be made with e-Check from a checking or savings account with your bank routing number and personal account information. There is no additional fee for this service. Click Here to make online payment.

    Online payments can also be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express Card. A 3.28% convenience fee will be added to the transaction. Click Here to make online payment.


    Pay in Person

    Payments are accepted in cash, check, or money order.  A $25.00 fee as well as the original check amount is assessed to the student’s account if any check is returned from the bank.

    To load funds to your ID Debit card please log into GET.


    Monthly Payment Plan

    Washington College is pleased to offer the tuition payment plan administered by ACI/Official Payments. Enrolling in a tuition payment plan is easy. 

    Plans offered for Fall there is a 5 month installment plan with payments beginning 7/20 or a 4 month installment plan with payment beginning 8/20. There is a one time enrollment fee of $55 for the plan. 

    Plans offered for Spring  there is a 5 month installment plan with payment beginning 12/20 or a 4 month installment plan with payment beginning 1/20. There is a one time enrollment fee of $55 for the plan.

    By Mail

    Payment can be mailed using Bank check, personal check or money order to: Washington College Business Office 300 Washington Avenue Chestertown, MD 21620

    Please be sure to include the Student Account (ID) number.


    International Fund Transfers

    Three Easy Steps for Paying Your Tuition and Fees

    1) Enter the StudentPay platform, select your language and follow the instructions.

    2) Print out the bank instructions.

    3) Give the instructions to your local bank and they will handle the rest for you, ensuring that the correct funds reach the College quickly.
