Oktoberfest

The Campus Garden hosted its annual Oktoberfest celebration during Flocktoberfest Weekend. Guests enjoyed cob oven-fired pretzels, fresh mustard, sauerkraut, and fermented potato salad — all made by students. The evening concluded with a mugwort beermaking demo and a harvest of jujube fruits.
